“My family said we need to stop - but do we?”

We spoke to Rebecca, the brains behind Pamperaid. The family-run project to reward NHS staff at her local hospital in Sidcup with boxes of treats which caught the imagination and ended up supplying them nationwide instead.

She tells us how she roped in the family, turned her street into a bubble bath and why her Dad’s office now smells of lavender. We talk about how the initiative has boosted her confidence, her dreams to work with Gordon Ramsey and how the whole thing was Epic.
