Facing the new abnormal is very challenging to the business. In times like this, every company must create their own business continuity plan to avoid huge losses. We always hope for the best, but plan for the worst. Great episode, keep up the good work.

This is very important to understand how we can live normally admist all of these pandemic season. We need to realize that the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the way companies and organizations – big or small – operate. Organizations have to find a way to survive and thrive in this new abnormal, so it’s important for leadership teams to do a reality check regularly. To do so, we need to understand the parallels between what’s going on now, and what happened at the start of the pandemic. Thanks for the tip to move ahead! Great talk!

I agree on the fact that first we should be able to face the truth. Different leaders in every organization has been struggling on how to deal with the pandemic. All of us are suffering from mental blindspots and we need to address them to be fully aware of what is happening to us. Also, sharing information about COVID-19 is somehow educational so as not to be complacent.

Great audio clip on the current situation of COVID 19 pandemic. Yaa I agree many companies are reopening their businesses without considering the danger of the pandemic. We may face some big waves of the infection and there may be some more lockdowns and restrictions coming soon. For this reason, we should be very careful about our company as well as ourselves. We need to take proper precautions to fight against the pandemic.
