In this episode, Lyndsay Soprano talks with Katie Wrigley a transformational coach with a specialty in pain and stress and is also a Cognomovement practitioner. She came into this niche organically through her own life experience.She was pretty lost when traditional medicine continued to fail her as diagnoses just kept piling up including Fibromyalgia, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), slipped and bulging discs, unrelenting chronic nerve pain, and increasing weakness in her limbs.
So she decided it was time to face a few things that had happened to her when she was young and take on the trauma head-on with all the gusto in the world. In her early 40s, she finally had to face an early childhood trauma that she tried to run from her entire life, and that’s when her life finally started to transform – when she faced herself!
