In this episode we explore Rumi's 3 gates of communication. Is it True? Is it necessary? Is it kind? Seems easy right? Well have a listen and make up your own mind. 

I've set myself on a communication challenge to practice passing through these 3 gates in my own communication with friends, lovers, family, and most importantly myself. The task has definitely surprised me quiet a bit. I realised how hooked I am to negative communication, and how often I get involved in self-sabotaging language, communication and behaviour. 

It takes a level of awareness and commitment that surpassed my initial assumption of this task.
