West Virginia transitions today into phase 2 of restarting business after the Covid 19 response. Governor Justice's Stay at Home order ended overnight after six weeks and transitioned into his "Safer At Home" order. Changes are also being made to "hotspot counties" in West Virginia. One inmate at FCI Gilmer is confirmed to have Covid 19--the lockup is one of two in West Virginia designated as a quarantine site for the U.S. prison system. Unemployment benefits will start going out to the self-employed this week and graduation is radically different for the Class of 2020.
