Eric Elggren is a co-founder at Andar, which creates everyday carry good products. He earned his MBA and has developed a love for growing businesses over the last 20 years. He came on the podcast to discuss with Mark what it is like to leave a corporate job and become an entrepreneur. He earned his MBA and has developed a love for growing businesses over the last 20 years. As one who “hustles in silence”, he puts his head down, goes to work, and lets the brand and products be the focus. He’s passionate about purpose. As one who never let his little brother win growing up, they now work together and have found the most success when they compete with themselves and what they are capable of. Eric is happiest at his home in Utah with his wife, Ashley, raising their three kids. Eric’s company is wildly successful and has to pivot with the different fashion trends. He is going to drop a cactus leather that will take the world by storm.
