About John: https://johnregister.com/
Today’s Guest is John Register. John is a four-time All-American in track and field, a US Army Veteran and was named as a member of the 1996 Olympic Team as a hurdler. After John had a misstep during his Olympic Training, he went on to become a Paralympic Silver medalist in the 2000 Paralympic Games.
John uses his story as an inspirational speaker. He founded Inspired Communications and now spends his time traveling the world as an inspirational speaker. John joined the United States Olympic Committee in 2003 and developed the USOC Paralympic Military Program.
His leadership insights garnered him an appointment by the U.S. Secretary of State of Colin Powell, as one of eight members to advise the Secretary on Foreign policy issues regarding disability. He continued to serve under both Secretaries of State, Condoleeza Rice, and Hillary Clinton.
