This summer I’ve said NO to most things for my family. No to busy schedules, no to multiple commitments, and no to doing activities that don’t make a BIG impact. Everything we’ve done (ok *MOST* things we’ve done) have been intentional, purposeful, and planned.
And while it’s been hard, and hasn’t been perfect, it’s been a summer I’ll never forget! And it’s a summer where I proved to myself that I could actually do this and work in this manner.
As a part of this summer’s efforts I cut my work hours in half. This summer I’ve only been working 6-10 hours a week and so today on the podcast I want to talk about that journey. I’m sharing the action behind how I’ve managed to still grow my business while cutting my work hours through six very intentional and purposeful productivity and time management strategies.
