Hosted by Angus Garrett, Head of Seafood Horizons at Seafish.
Contributors: Mike Berthet - Aquasea Limited, Dave Little - Institute of Aquaculture at Stirling University, Alex Olsen - Espersen, Huw Thomas - Offshore Shellfish.
