The Bryan school district is asking parents of future pre-kindergarten students what they think about starting full-day classes starting this fall.

Bryan ISD communications director Matt LeBlanc says an online survey will be available through February 8.

According to the survey home page, this would include full day tuition for students who do not qualify for free, half day pre-K.

Students who qualify for free, half day pre-K could have the option to pay for the additional half day.

LeBlanc says administrators are also asking state lawmakers to provide funding for all day pre-kindergarten classes.

BISD officials are interested in hearing from parents who are interested as well as those who are not interested.
