20 practical tips for walking through and out of your darkest days. To Clarify is to Empower! Let's empower your ability to overcome depression in a mindful way that leaves you stronger, wiser, better. After my own personal bout with depression, I'm breaking down 20 specific ways that I personally walked through and out of it myself, as well as cover some personal triggers, symptoms to look for, statistics , and helpful measures to practically pursue your darkest days within your power. With some simple, mindful steps like PAUSE, PONDER, PRAY, & PROCESS, we can do this, sister. Depression IS treatable, is NOT your fault, and we need to crush the stigma by having these conversations! When we bring things to the light, the darkness can no longer overcome it. Let there be light!
