Dr. Peter McGarry with Chiropractic Family Health Centre, a Palmercare Clinic in Centreville, VA talks about the unique perspective he brings to CrossFit as a Doctor of Chiropractic. We discuss tips for those who have never tried CrossFit before, what the seasoned CrossFit Athlete can do to take their progress to the next level and what to look for in a CrossFit box. We even get off topic a bit and talk about health & wellness in general, how our views may differ as a Chiropractor and Massage Therapist based on our scope of practice, what we can learn from each other and how we can work together to provide a well rounded health and wellness team for our clients.
