It is taboo at times when a christian admits they are suffering with depression. The trials or our faith often does result in depression to be quite honest and it is a symptom of fallen man from sin. We are afterall sinners however we are saved and we have a Savior in Jesus Christ along with the very word of God that not only comforts us but gives us the strength to overcome depression. The aid that can help battle the cloud of anxiety, stress and low state of mine is our Word of God and the faith we have in Christ whom dwells in us.
