Broward County Sheriff Israel has told the world that he has provided his department with exemplary leadership. Sheriff Israel tells us that he was disgusted when he saw proof that Deputy Scot Peterson hid outside while Nikolas Cruz killed 17 people and wounded dozens more. If that's the case, why did Peterson as well as four other deputies refuse to enter the building and confront Cruz? Is Sheriff Israel not responsible for the men and women under his command?
