I love studying the habits of nature. To sit and watch. To listen. To grasp onto a different view of the bigger story. Such as a hollowed out tree. With it's height and weight it looks more mighty than the wind. And yet we know nothing of its roots. When I see a tree like this I'm instantly reminded of the people I know. How many in our circles are just as hollowed out? But we truly don't take note because we've mastered the art of filling ourselves with everything but good.
