This past week's World Cup qualifiers has seen teams experience the highs of qualification and the despair of missing out. Argentina left it late winning their final Group game against Ecuador to seal their qualification for Russia 2018 and there was joy for Iceland, the nation with a population of just 350,000 who also reached next year's finals. But three teams who many expected to reach the finals - Netherlands, Ghana and the USA - missed out. We discuss some of the big stories in the race to reach the World Cup finals. And in track and field athletics we meet 400m runner Quanera Hayes who won gold as part of the USA's women's 4 x 400m relay team at the World Athletics Championships in London in August.
