Michael McHenry is the founder of the McHenry Group, a Utah-based boutique restaurant group focused on experiential concept creation and forever challenging the industry’s status quo, one brand at a time. A home grown, self-made trailblazer, brand story teller, and concept gangster. Michael is a man who has a strong commitment to quality and has carved a name for himself in the culinary industry and our beloved community here in SLC. A few of his restaurant concepts include Dirty Bird Chicken, Sunday’s Best, Oak Wood Fire Kitchen, and his most recent collaboration sparked up in St George, Utah called Pica Rica BBQ.
