In this episode Rebecca reveals the pain and suffering she went through as a young child growing up being the victim of abuse. She talks about the uncertainty in her childhood, and how home was not a safe place for her. She elaborates on the mental fortitude she created for herself so she could get through the other side. Becca discusses the boundaries she has had to set between herself and her family to ensure her physical and mental health heals. Married with children, Becca talks about the ground rules and systems she has in place for her immediate family to ensure her husband and children are loved and grow in a healthy space.
