"The Purple Rider" escapes by jumping over a chasm on horseback. Dick Tracy proves himself quite a cowboy by following right after him and lassoing him out of the saddle. A meeting of "The Dick Tracy Secret Service Patrol" is held. Tomorrow will be, "The Dick Tracy Patrol Badge Day."
