I had a friend ask if I follow my own advice. What a great question!
I am a work in progress on my personal growth and development, yet, I am getting better and better at catching myself in thoughts I do not prefer and changing them.
Spiritual and personal growth, and just being a decent human being in general can be challenging sometimes, but with consistent awareness, or consistent consciousness of our actions, if we listen closely, we will know what the next right action should be. Rather than just reacting all day long to whatever is happening to us, we have the choice to become aware and respond in a much more productive way.
1% better every day is my motto and I rarely miss an opportunity for personal growth and setting goals.
