As a businesswoman and a mother, Pam is committed to running a company that can adapt to the unique needs of both its employees and its customers to foster better organization, increased productivity and a more balanced life. She balances the fast pace of running a technology start-up with other roles including:

Since Batchbook co-founded the group in 2009 it has grown to more than 250 web-based applications and has been described by Bloomberg BusinessWeek as "a fundamentally different way of doing business."
