The political commentary class is in a race to be the first to predict the election. But this is unpredictable. CNN is (predictably) schizophrenic: Hillary is doing well in early voting in NV & FL - but they move both states toward Trump. Professor says Trump will win. Polls say Hillary is winning. Why the need to be seen as the expert in picking the winner of the election? I'd rather spend my time trying to persuade others to conservatism than to be telling them the current score on the scoreboard. Projections have been wrong before: President Truman, President Reagan & Brexit. Question from a listener. What has to happen after November 8 - based on who is president? Bottom line is this: the election doesn't mark the end of this political fight, but the beginning. Be strong & courageous.

You're right about social media, jewel. But if the Left's in control, look for more regulation and stifling of speech there - as we've already seen in places.

Yes. The media has lost all credibility. But they've been her PR firm for the election, and he has a chance to win. I actually think the media landscape was worse for Reagan because there were only a handful of media oulets - and ALL were liberal.

You're right about Reagan. He was a master of going straight to the American people & using the bully pulpit. I think Trump may be able to do that, too, but he's starting off (I think) with more people hating him much more than Reagan did. But they hated Reagan, too.

Some of these prognosticators stake their entire reputation on their ability to predict it. I think it's silly & sophomoric.

They only have a handful - 6 maybe? I suppose he may not need it, but in order to not need it, he's going to need to get a state like WI, MN, MI, VA or PA. He could do that - but he also may not. This thing could be razor thin depending upon how a few individual states tip.
