After surviving his teenage years -- selling hard drugs at 13, become a father at 16, going to jail at 19 -- Randall Bailey wasn't going to be unnerved by a boxing in the opposite corner.
The fighter known as "The Knockout King" starched his first 21 opponents, won a world title in two weight divisions -- 13 years apart -- and, because of his legendary punching power, was a much-avoided guy for much of his 20-year career.
We spoke in-depth with Bailey about growing up hard on the mean streets of Miami, the strong he developed with "big brother" Freddie Pendleton, and a career in which he KO'd 39 of teh 46 men he beat.
Our interview with Randall Bailey is preceded by our weekly update on the UK boxing scene from British correspondent Paul McLaughlin, and a dissection of the week in boxing by our expert analysts, Travis Hartman, Rizwaan Zahid and John J. Raspanti.

Dennis Taylor is host of The Ringside Boxing Show, editor/publisher of www.ringsideboxingshow.com, and co-author (with John J. Raspanti) of "Intimate Warfare: The True Story of the Arturo Gatti and Micky Ward Boxing Trilogy," currently on Amazon's bestseller list.
