Yoghurt Cleanser – mix 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt, 1 tablespoon honey (pref manuka), 1 tsp lemon juice
Coconut coffee exfoliant – mix 3 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 tablespoon coffee grinds
Avocado honey face mask – mix to a smooth paste 1/4 avocado, squeeze lemon juice (optional), 1 tsp honey
Method:
Dampen face then rub cleanser all over as you would face wash. Rinse off.
Exfoliate the face using the coconut oil/coffee mix. Rinse.
Apply face mask, avoiding eye area, and in a thin even layer, leave on for 20 minutes before rinsing off.
Optional: Your skin should feel plump and delicious. If you wish, apply an oil or serum to finish.
