Humans are great story tellers. Our history is riddled with epic tales of heroic conquests and cataclysmic disasters. But why is it that so many of our time-tested stories have different versions that seem to contradict one another? And when different cultures add their own unique spin to the retelling of the same historical event, how do we know which version is reliable? In this episode we wrestle with those questions and more as we examine the origins of one of the most popular stories of all-time: the story of the Great Flood. You'll want to buckle your seat belt for this one... it may rock the boat (how's that for a pun?... I'll see myself out).
