Segment 3 (Listen at 19:25): Marie-Chantal Dalese, the president and CEO of Chateau Chantal on the Old Mission Peninsula, shares the incredible story about how her father Robert, a former priest, and her mother, Nadine, a former nun, turned their winery into a popular Michigan destination. "They brought the concept of European hospitality to Northern Michigan." She also brought two wines for "Wine of the Week" wines, a 2015 Pinot Gris Reserve as well as the 2012 Trio Reserve, a blend of cab franc, merlot and some pinot noir.
