Anxiety is a pretty normal part of our fast paced world and it's rather adaptive. It's something that a lot of us feel. But what happens if it becomes so overwhelming that you can't function? When you worry about everything and you feel like it's all out of control? Also trauma effects how you deal with the world and your relationships. How do we deal with these things personally and with a partner that has these issues. How do you deal with those? That is exactly what we talk about with Rachel Hasper.

Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Texas and Missouri, and a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider. She received her Masters degree, summa cum laude, in Counseling and Human Development from Saint Louis University and her Bachelors degree in Education from the University of Redlands, California. She's been providing therapy since 2005 and has experience working with adults, adolescents and groups. She focuses on issues such as:
