Lots of information in this very important workshop-remember that it’s not practical to implement several perfect systems all at one time, so if you have no systems, choose the most important one to implement immediately. If you have all kinds of systems, then use this information to streamline or improve. Avoid overwhelm, because if you are overwhelmed, three months from now you’ll still have no systems. Ideally--your systems for success will be streamlined enough that you can delegate them to others.
