Direct Outbound is a logistics and fulfillment company, as well as inbound customer service provider focused on e-commerce, government, medical, and more. In this episode we changed the pace a bit, with an emphasis on not only covering John’s story, but also gaining an informative background on logistics, fulfillment, and how to avoid some of the mistakes that plagued John’s failed venture.
