This position-specific clinic is for athletes who want to master the skill of facing off. Face offs are one of the most important components of lacrosse. A dominant face off specialist is a main stay on successful teams. Coach Keenan shares his unique strategies and skills to help you improve quickness, power and your ability to face off with confidence. Each seven hour clinic is designed to help boys from middle school and high school through college learn the art of winning at the X.

STT’s Lacrosse Performance Training (LPT) program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, and strength training.
