On this episode of Beyond The Limit I am talking with Jared Howell. Jared is an entrepreneur, husband, dad, adventure seeker, Ironman, and endurance athlete who broke his addictions to drugs and alcohol by tapping into the power of fitness through community driven experiences.
In this episode Jared talks about exploring what the mind and body can do through endurance sport. We learn how he went from the couch to Ironman competitor. He shares about his addictions and the moment he realized everything had to change. Knowing on the surface he had everything that sounded good - the career, the family, the cars, the money - yet his internal world was not reflecting what everyone saw.
