We shuffled around our schedule a bit to ensure that the cliffhanger that is The Fragile would be resolved as soon as possible for our faithful listeners, and this decision has literally nothing to do with the fact that Patrick went out of town for a bit when we were slated to do his next episode. NOTHING, I SAY.
Anyway, as we dig into the second half of Nine Inch Nails's 1999 double album The Fragile, we're again joined by Todd Bowes of Downcity Armory to help us make sense of a lot of often abstract but damned fine content. Jim did a bad thing and celebrated this fact by severely damaging his toenail shortly before recording, and Patrick explains that Wisconsin is just Jazz New York.
