To be aware perfectly, I do not need to read any book, listen to another audio, or attend another seminar or retreat. I-Awareness simply am---entirely independent of all would-be personal effort, all thoughts, and any emotional heaviness that seems to go with them. As pure Aware Presence, I Am completely lite or buoyant, unencumbered by things, never carrying any mental baggage.

Right on Z, I love the way it is kicked around here. The I AM Awareness depends on nothing besides Conscious to be perfectly present. We do not depend on thinking or human mental effort to be aware. Again, the I Am Awareness is effortlessly aware before thinking thinks, and regardless of whether thinking thinks or not. We do not need to be understood by, nor get the approval of, a human intellect before I Am fully aware.
