Another terrific program to take the time to tune into. The topic of groups ,organizations, and religius ones as well that was mentioned in podcast; for me has been very difficult to find one that doesn't have high risk attached to it. It is a fine line of beneficial group vs cult and cliques to only find out its more of a selfie club that does nothing but talk doom and gloom all day, sell products and desires donations, even if considerably right on political view points and aspects of faith, the attitudes and stagnanet setting that only takes up hours of one's time in life then the abusive remarks from others within the groups who claim they are all about free speech suddeny shut down anyone who questions or has a different view point trying to share it--- its all a waste of time energy and effort. It's totally opposite of what i read in history books and even the bible that people informed each other and went to a plan of action to accomplish what was needed in their time that today that is hardly found in any group on or offline. It is a very frustrating journey. I don't have a problem with having options receiving donations unless all they do is talk 24-7 and never take action nor share how others can get involved. You know, faith without works is dead and to stand along side street corners protesting or handing out flyers is only going to exhaust the mind and soul. Praying is another good thing to do but at what point will there be direction with effective plan of action that should go along with it? On an uplifting note, i do appreciate people like Zeph and his wife who are taking action the best they can and i hope the rest of us find what we can do in action even if each of us are left with no choose but to do it solo.

Oops hit enter by accident. Yes it's a brutal mid-fall nor'easter here in northeast Florida. Was 87 Tuesday, normal s/b around 80. However temps this week : Wed 77/66, Thu 79/64, Fri 73/56, Sat 72/56, Sun 73/61, Mon 76/64, Tue 76/67. This nor'easter and the cold-front preceeding is actually going to drop us into the mid-fifties overnight for a couple of days. Catastrophe !! Tongue-in-cheek. We actually do get cold, the average Dec-Jan-Feb temps are about 68 daytime and 48 overnight. But it can fluctuate by 10 degrees of more above/below the averages. Last winter we had a number of days in the 30's overnight. FYI: spent 22 years of my life in lower NY and 32 years in northern Virginia. Those place do get c-o-l-d. But no -I'd rather not. Leave it to the northern tier states and those pesky Canadiens.
