How come the so-called main stream media is not reporting that George Floyd, as stated and reported in the Hennepin County Medical Examiners Press Release, was on drugs at the time of his arrest?

It seems that the so called mainstream media and activists using, or should I say abusing the social media platforms for their own use, and leaving out the details that would add a different light into the events to the Floyd matter.
The XZBN was the first media to disclose Floyd's criminal past.
It seems that the people who are yelling that they want the truth - only want the truth that will add to their cause, the riots, and the looting in this case to be known. This includes activists and the main stream media that are fanning the flames.
