Many ways of course! However, I like to pick people who are accomplished and go getters! I want somebody who is disciplined and can motivate others to succeed in the business. I want others to look up to the new Board of Directors because they strive to be like them. The Board of Directors cannot be all about the process and it's also the people oriented because that's what business is really about people. Without people there is no business whatsoever.
