Just back from riding the famous Moab Mountain Bike trails in Utah known for being some of the most challenging in the world, Heather, 51, explains how biking has helped her not only riding but also in her coaching. She has a fresh appreciation for her students who are learning new skills as she adapts to a different kind of balance and core strength.
