Carol also runs her own executive coaching business, and is a regular speaker at conferences and forums for women in leadership. She was Victoria’s first professional female surf life saver, a state level swimmer and water polo player. Carol was a baton bearer for the 2018 Commonwealth Games. She was also featured in the Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence in the worlds of Business and Sport.
