Dr. Charles Pascal is Professor in the Department of Applied Psychology and Human Development at OISE/UT in Toronto. In addition to a life as a scholar, Dr. Pascal has served several Ontario governments as Deputy Minister of Education and policy advisor.

He brings his 45 years of experience and insight to today's conversation on Canada's policy landscape around early childhood education across Canada.
