About Caryn Anthony: Caryn Anthony shares her first-hand experience as a parent and the primary caregiver through her child’s illness and passing on the blog “Any Way the Wind Blows” published on Courageous Parents Network. (https://courageousparentsnetwork.org/) an educational platform for families and providers. Her writing has also appeared in The Huffington Post, Grown and Flown, and Modern Loss.  

Caryn serves as chair of the Patient and Family Advisory Council for Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. She is also a nonprofit consultant and executive coach working with mission-driven organizations in human services, healthcare, education, social justice, and the arts.
