With the start of fall and a return to college ultimate, Pockets has started coaching a college team herself for the first time. P&S sit down with their former college coach Matt Lubitz to get his tips, tricks, highs, and lows of coaching a college women’s team.

Scotti is also making her return to the frisbee field with the start of fall league! With both hosts officially playing frisbee again, Pockets looks forward to Regionals as Scotti is catching up on getting back in shape.
