You are welcome to be a part of a group on healing from narcissistic abuse. Often times that helps to have group support because every individual in the group is an enlightened witness to the other. So what do we feel on a group basis? We're not only healing ourselves, we're being the cause of healing other people as well, which is part of healing ourselves.
