Christian was a lawyer for many years and has been recovery from alcoholism since 1988. When she discovered the inside-out paradigm in 2011 her life altered phenomenally. A decade of massive change has followed. She is now a coach, consultant and writer. Her business ‘Elements of Wellbeing’ is based in Glasgow, Scotland. She has just finished writing ‘Addiction: One Cause, One Solution’, with american psychotherapist, Barbara Sarah Smith. It will be published later this month.
