So often people develop a lot of sickness at work. It is due to the stress, the high demands the long hours but it is also due to an energy that floats around the office. Many companies are totally unaware that an office is a real place of breading energies that literally plague the employees. I like to say it is very similar to high school for grown ups. The politics, the positioning to be seen for a raise or to be able to move up in the company. Not to mention the dynamics of all the personalities. It becomes like a family and how do you navigate.
