Beware of the Monstrous MIND CHATTER!!
For many of us, we are so used to the cynicism of the industry we are in, that we have forgotten anything else to be considered NORMAL. Negative chatter might seem harmless at first, but if you are not prepared for it, the chatter will gradually erode your belief in yourself and cause you to start questioning your value as an artist.

It's All in Your Head!
It's pretty easy to find yourself disenchanted with your acting career when you are surrounded with thousands of other disappointed artists in LA, but the negative space you have found yourself in? No one to blame but yourself. No matter how much you might feel infected by other's pessimism, it's only the voices in YOUR head that you need to learn to drown out.

And you absolutely CAN.

It starts with your ability to first recognize limiting beliefs that do not serve you.
Identifying self-defeating thoughts is half the battle! The other half of the battle is having the ability to shift perspective and focus your attention ONLY on the things that will have a positive impact in your career.
