Today on Quarantalks, I'm chatting with Allison Harrison, owner of Hot Yoga Edinburgh. We chatted about how their class teachers and students responded to the move to live-streamed yoga classes, including the impact it had on their Yoga Teacher Training programme. It was also wonderful to talk about the beginnings of Allison's reopening plan - all very tentative and hypothetical at the moment, but it was nice to have a glimpse of a light at the end of the tunnel.
