I listen through podcasts, and enjoy your show. Regarding your overall message, I would stress over and over that since time immemorial, organized religion has been about power. Some humans are wired to follow, and some are wired to lead. Some lead for good. Some lead for bad, for personal gain, etc., and this thing is foundational. A corollary is that some are predisposed to magical thinking while others prefer grounding in facts, science and reason. We must focus on education, critical thinking, and the importance of distinguishing between reality based systems and manipulative, power-leveraging systems that seek to separate people from their logic and reason, or we will be enslaved to others.
