East Texas, Jefferson to be exact, is more than a small town with a population of under 2,200 people. It is a town with a big heart of support of encouraging its own. It is where Marlena Cooper (@themarlenacooper) got the courage to walk boldly in her high heels and transition from employee to CEO of her own company connecting the pieces of the construction industry while leaving her heel impression in the cement.
