In a recent case, the state took a gender confused teenage girl from her parents to help her transition. Her parents fought it and won. The girl had other underlying mental health issues as well and was relieved to be back with her parents.
Brad predicts that a SCOTUS decision to uphold Title IX and prevent transgender females from participating in women’s sports could be unanimous, or possibly only 1 dissenting vote! Why? Because the female justices have fought their whole lives for women’s rights.
