We talk about Michael's time working alongside Bill Belichick and the football philosophy he helped bring to New England, the lessons learned from working with Bill Walsh, the experience of working with Al Davis at the Oakland Raiders, his scouting days with the San Francisco 49ers and the Cleveland Browns and the transition from scouting, developing players and coaching to writing and public speaking.
